Founded by the Forum with several community partners in 2011, the Spokane River Water Trail is a series of designated locations for safe, public, and environmentally sustainable recreational access to the river. This website is the Forum’s essential outreach tool, providing valuable information about recreational activities, safety and flows, amenities, and stewardship at nearly 30 access points from the river’s headwaters in Idaho to its confluence with the Columbia.
