Seasonal Water Flow: Upriver Dam is a run-of-river project, meaning release of water past the dam generally follows seasonal flows. Particularly in spring, flows are high and water temperature very cold. While summer flows are generally low and water temperature warmer, always know river flows and conditions.

Directions: This is an informal trailhead adjacent to East Upriver Drive and river right just downstream of Upriver Dam. From the bollards, follow the road to the river area. Upriver Dam is owned and operated by the City of Spokane.

Trail Connection: Direct access to Centennial Trail available.

Boat Launch: Informal. Non-motorized only.

Picnic Area: Open space available but no picnic tables.

Restrooms: No restrooms.

Parking: 5-7

Parking Notes: More street parking available.

Pet-Friendly: Dogs allowed on leash, please cleanup after.

Loading Zone: If parking is full, unloading available on road shoulder.
