Hours of Operation: Restroom/ Parking south of bridge: 6:30-Dusk. Put-in north of bridge: 6am-Dusk.

Usage Fee: No

General: No picnic, tents, shelter, fire, alcohol. Very busy in summer.

Directions: From Idaho take Liberty Lake Otis Orchard exit. From Washington take Harvard Rd. exit.

Points of Interest: Great put-in for kayaks.

Trail Connection: Trail connects both sides of bridge. South of bridge, Harvard Rd. Trail Head Park, connection to Centennial Trail.

Swimming: Swim at your own risk (lots of people do swim in summer but no lifeguard).

Shoreline Fishing: Catch and release only. For shoreline fishing, beware of hazardous wading conditions due to the slickness of the river bed.

View Points & Wildlife: View points on both sides of bridge. South of bridge, Harvard Rd. Trail Head Park, connection to centennial trail.

Possible bird watching.

Boat Launch: Well designated when water is low with large boulders. When water is high put-in at southeast corner.

Launch is located north of bridge. NOT marked and NO signs. Very hard to find! Heading north once you cross the bridge it will be your very first left onto a small gravel road that is parallel with the bridge down toward the river. If you pass E. Euclid Ave you have gone too far.

Kiosk: Kiosk of River Forum and State Park & Boat Ordinances. Signs for catch and release only.

Picnic Area: Area north of bridge along river to bring blanket and sit by the river.

Restrooms: Pit toilet located in parking area south of bridge.

Parking: >20

Parking Notes: South and north of bridge have several parking spaces. Handicap parking available in parking area south of bridge known as the Harvard Rd. Trail Head Park.

Pet-Friendly: Dogs allowed on leash, pack in pack out.

Loading Zone: Parking along fence. Please do not park by bridge and block loading area.
