River Mile: 87.5

Hours of Operation: Dawn til 10pm. Day and evening use only.

General: DIRECTIONS: Take the Sullivan Road (Valley Mall exit). Turn left and head north towards the river. The park will be clearly marked at the first stop light after the bridge. It will be on your left.

Shoreline Fishing: Catch and release only. For shoreline fishing, beware of hazardous wading conditions due to the slickness of the river bed.

View Points & Wildlife: Bird watching. View of river and south shoreline.

Kiosk: Informational signs on park ordinances.

Picnic Area: Large grass space and several benches for picnics. Drinking fountain available.

Parking: 5-10

Shelter: Two shelters which can be reserved at (509) 921-1000 through the Spokane Valley Parks & Recreation department.

Pet-Friendly: Not a pet park. Dogs must be on leash and cleaned up after. You can be penalized up to $76 if you violate the pet ordinances.

Loading Zone: No unloading zone. Unload in the parking area and pack kayaks to the river.
